Data Center
We house our infrastructure in Tier 4 data centres; these are the most sophisticated data centers on the market with no more than .4 hours downtime per year. These centers have redundant systems for power and cooling, backup generators and enough fuel to run for several days.

Front end component level and geographic redundancy
Multiple front-end load balancing servers for Email Firewall, Exchange and mobility services located in geographically diverse datacenters. This architecture ensures the service runs optimally at all times and mitigates the risk involved in having a single device failure.

Back end redundancy ensures email is highly available
Our commitment to creating a state-of-the-art exchange environment is again demonstrated with our use of clustered back end servers, multiple fiber channel switches and controllers that connect to our SAN environment. This architecture takes away the risk of having any one point of failure in the back end of our infrastructure

Proactive monitoring
We don’t wait for problems to arise; our Microsoft Gold Certified Network Operations Centre are monitoring the infrastructure 24x7 to identify any potential problems and correct them before your email service is affected.

Maintenance
Our Microsoft Gold Certified Network Operations Centre performs daily maintenance and necessary patch updates on the email environment to ensure it is secure and running at peak performance.

Tape back up and storage
We back up your email and public folder data to tape every night and send it to offsite storage facility for 28 days. In the event there is a need to restore your data, we have you covered.
